The Young Ambassadors - "Changing The World, One Child At A Time"

Male students enrolled at Paul Public Charter are eligible for membership in the Young Ambassadors.  They meet weekly and sponsor a plethora of activities throughout the year that foster a greater understanding of the individual and their local and global community. 
The Young Ambassadors also meet twice monthly with members of the city chapter of the Young Ambassadors.
The following are some of the dynamic programs and activities that the Young Ambassadors have sponsored or coordinated:
  • UN Day
  • Trick or Treat for UNICEF
  • World AIDS Day
  • Hurricane Katrina Relief Drive
  • Tsunami Relief
  • Toys for Tots
  • Coat Drive for the homeless
  • Canned Food Drive
  • Black History Assembly
  • College Tour

The Young Ambassadors use this Adinkra symbol from Ghana as it represents the expression "Nea ope se obedi hene daakye no, firi ase sue som ansa" meaning "He who wants to be king in the future must first learn to serve."
